Purchaser Agrees to the Following Conditions of Sale. I, the Purchaser guarantee that adequate indoor facilities will be provided and this Cat/Kitten will not be allowed to roam outdoors unsupervised or outside of his/her safe enclosure.

If this Cat/Kitten is found to be in ill health or kept in unsanitary conditions, purchaser will surrender cat to seller immediately and unconditionally.

No one can guarantee that a kitten will never get FIP (Feline Infectious Peritonitis). Breeder guarantees to replace kitten with kitten of equal quality in the event that a kitten dies of FIP within the first (1) year of life. This diagnosis must be confirmed by a board-certified veterinarian via post mortem necropsy report that included a confirmed identification of the kitten via its microchip number.

If the kitten is diagnosed with FIP, Buyer promises to contact Breeder as soon as the kitten is diagnosed. There are medications that can treat FIP. If in the event the buyer cannot afford to treat the kitten, the buyer agrees to relinquish the kitten to the breeder. The buyer agrees that kitten will not be euthanized without first contacting the breeder.

I, the purchaser guarantee that under NO circumstances will this Cat/Kitten be sold, leased, or given away without sellers written permission. This Cat/Kitten will not be sold or given to any research facility, pound, pet shop or similar facility. Seller has first refusal.

I, the purchaser agrees not to have this Cat/Kitten Declawed.

The Cat/Kitten must be examined by a veterinarian within 72 hours (3 Days) of purchase or all health warranties are null and void.

 To claim that a kitten is afflicted by a life threatening hereditary disease, three veterinarians from different organizations must acknowledge the defect in writing. Seller reserves the right to have his/her veterinarian examine buyers kitten if such matter is presented. As compensation to buyer, a replacement will be offered as available. No other compensations will be given.

No refunds or exchanges.

Any disputes or claims shall be brought to the state of Washington and reinstating of Venue will not be allowed in any other state other than Washington. Any disputes or claims will be held ONLY at the

East Klickitat County District Court. Buyers wil be responsible for all cost and legal fees for him or herself as well as the breeder (this includes for breach of contract).
